The USTAR Innovation Center is currently taking applications for co-working and office space, as well as applications to use our specialized prototype labs and high-tech equipment. The Innovation Center provides a combination of state-of-the-art co-working space, private offices, meeting rooms, kitchen/breakroom, client workroom and mailroom, high-speed internet, tailored support services, and mentoring. In addition, the Innovation Center provides prototype labs with specialized equipment and tools to aid in product design, development, testing, and validating, along with rapid prototyping and reverse engineering capabilities.
The Innovation Center also works with government, industry and academia to solve problems and focus specifically on innovative solutions to meet the needs of the startup community and Hill Air Force Base.

All spaces at the USTAR Innovation Center have access to the facility’s shared spaces which include an executive conference room with SMART Board technology, a think tank, a classroom conference room, mail/work room, and individual one-on-one meeting rooms. Spaces are furnished and include internet, power and janitorial. While facility use rules prohibit actual manufacturing for sale, clients and partners involved in research and product development, validation and testing, may use the facilities and high-tech equipment. Those needing access of the specialized prototype labs and high-tech equipment will be required to go through training on all requested equipment.
