Located in the Falcon Hill Research Park, Clearfield, Utah, USTAR Innovation Center assists start-up companies in maturing and commercializing their technology by providing access to state-of-the-art space and high-tech equipment to serve aerospace/defense, advanced materials, composites, software and hardware, and outdoor product sectors. Through the Innovation Center, USTAR also provides access to the U of U Nanofab and USU Synthetic Bio-Manufacturing Facilities.
In addition, USTAR Innovation Center works with tech entrepreneurs to connect them with resources for developing their technology and growing their businesses. We work closely with partner’s at all regional universities, as well as regional entrepreneurs, businesses, and federal partners to maximize the economic impact of new technologies and companies created in Utah.
USTAR Innovation Center collaborates with, and supports partnerships between, government, industry and academia. This strong ecosystem of partners working together can take ideas from concept to reality, prove concepts, and address and solve problems to improve reverse engineering, rapid design, and prototyping capability. By locating to the Falcon Hill Research Park, the Innovation Center provides an environment of opportunities to leverage a state-of-the-art facility with high-tech labs and equipment to support and develop new ideas and products, spin-out new companies, and meet manufacturing challenges facing start-ups, Hill Air Force Base, and Utah companies.
